Sit Down Diner

The Sit Down Diner is located in Hadley, Massachusetts. The objective of the design for the Sit Down Diner was to capture the essence of an authentic classic American Diner while offering functionality to serve the needs of the restaurants operator. Reflective stainless steel and hi-gloss blue and red metal panels in combination with glass block and bands of neon lighting give the Sit Down Diner its classic look. Rich burgundy and blue finishes carry the classic look into the interior. The dining area features 140 seats, a traditional service counter and a spacious vestibule waiting area.  The support spaces include a chef’s line, a preparation kitchen, and a dish room.  The layout was designed to maximize efficiency of operation. The 4,000 square foot Sit Down Diner is comprised of 7 modules with concrete floors and steel frame structure.
