Menlo Park Diner
4,900 sq. ft.
Built in the 1940's, the Menlo Park Diner has been a prominent landmark in Edison, New Jersey, for more than three generations. Over the years, this diner has undergone a series of expansions and renovations to remain current within its ever-changing environment. It was originally constructed as a double-wide structure and has been transformed into a 4,900 sq. ft. retro facility with a seating capacity of 180. The most recent, and most exhaustive, overhaul replaced the diner's Mediterranean-styled stone exterior with stainless steel, prefinished metal panels, glass blocks and custom-crafted details. This renovation also contributed an entirely new interior, complete with rich colors and finishes, to complement the "fabulous '50s" atmosphere.
