The majority of hospital sites have minimal land available to accomodate new facilities or expand existing ones. Kullman is able to increase the existing site utilization, often without increasing the hospital footprint. An inspection of existing facilities will often result in potential locations being identified, such as over roofs and on gantry style support structures, courtyards and wrap-arounds. In addition, most of the construction is off-site, thereby facilitating minimal impact on the day to day operation of the hospital campus.
