Load-Bearing Cells
Kullman cells are designed to support additional cells (stacking four high), the weight of a roof structure, dayroom floor, mezzanine, stairs and railings. The cells also may serve as the exterior walls of the facility, thereby eliminating the need for additional bearing walls.

One stop shopping. All furnishings are factory installed; bunks, desks, mirrors, coat hooks, floors, sinks, insulation, toilets, plumbing, wiring, security lighting, painting, doors, locks, windows, and glazing.
Kullman supplies all splice plates and fillers required for a complete installation, eliminating extensive caulking, grouting, patching and finishing.
Kullman also has the capability of adding a factory applied exterior finish of any type to the cells to further reduce construction costs and time.
