Kullman’s manufacturing process accommodates complete design flexibility. We collaborate with your design architect to accommodate any interior or exterior aesthetics or floor plan. Buildings do not need to be rectangular or square.
Design elements such as curved walls, barrelled roofs, entrance rotundas and clearspans even with maximum column spacing to allow for large open spaces including parking or retail can be incorporated into your design. Kullman builds with structural steel, concrete floors and light gage steel infill. We can utilize any conventional material for interiors and exteriors including full brick facades, stucco, curtain wall or rain screen applications.

Kullman collaborates with architects using advanced 3D and 4D digital analysis tools including Revit products (Architectural, Structural and MEP) for Building Information Modeling, NavisWorks, Solid Works as well as AutoCad. Use of this software expedites the drafting process, decreases document errors, deliver more information to team members, and improves the speed and accuracy of estimating. These benefits result in reduced project duration and higher-quality buildings.
Kullman designers developed specialized functions within Revit to facilitate the production of mod-bymod shop drawings. This process automatically generates shop drawing packages from the overall BIM. These packages include exact details for each part being produced and a bill of materials.
