  Responsibilities:
  -Will prepare quantity take-offs and estimates on various projects
  -Develop relationships with sub-contractors and identify new sub-constractors to meet the construction needs of the company
  -Originates and maintains current subcontractor qualification lists. Coordinates, obtains, and analyzes bids on projects from sub-contractors
  -Prepares accurate pricing of estimates, including labor, materials and subcontract items
  -Obtains adequate number of plans and specifications
  -Develops material cost information for specific project types
  -Provides other services such as change order pricing, attending pre-bid conferences and site visits
  -Interfaces with clients, owners, account executives and contractors to provide engineering and cost data

  Responsibilities:
  -Install electrical circuits, motors, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers and transformers using appropriate tools
  -Must have all hand tools necessary to complete responsibilities
  -Install conduit up to 4" and wiring up to 500mcm
  -Bend EMT Conduit with both hand and power benders
  -Terminate wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components using both hydraulic and manual tooling
  -Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring
